Sometimes we can let go gently, the way the trees let go of their leaves.

The way our breath releases effortlessly and make spaces for another breath.

or the way we surrender into a sweet deep sleep. So beautiful.

Sometimes we require a more direct and immediate purge

and crave a cathartic release.

We light a fire and let it all go at once in a blaze of glory. This too can be a beautiful experience.

No right way, no wrong way.

Both ways have their own energy, and serve their own purpose.
